She holds a Master of Science in Business Analytics from Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business, where she focused on advanced modeling, financial forecasting, and data-driven strategy. She also earned a Master of Science in Journalism (Data Specialty) from Columbia University, which trained her to extract clear insights from complex datasets and communicate them with clarity and speed.

Sydney served as a Product Manager at HealthDay, where she launched analytics tools to improve engagement on healthcare platforms, and as Managing Editor at BLEND Media, where her analytics-driven strategy scaled traffic by 100x over two years.
