A killer resume consists of up to seven main sections to appropriately organize your experience and value. Here, we get to go into depth about each section and talk about what you may want to include in each of them.

Intercultural exchange programs are the key to world peace and are not only changing the lives of the students, but also touching many lives of those who interact with those students.

In January of 2020, I spontaneously joined an EMT training crash course/boot camp to earn my EMT license. Little did I know that just a few months after, the world would face a global pandemic that would increase the pressure on healthcare workers everywhere.

I studied abroad in Regensburg, Germany in 2020 and this is how I survived during the pandemic.

I began working at Teen Lifeline as a Sophomore in high school, which gave me a chance to talk to and help teenagers, who needed just one person who cared about them.  Through my training, I have learned that many people experience horrible times in their life and need a safe way to share their thoughts and feelings without being judged.

I got to explore Alaska with National Geographic photographers. During my time in Alaska, I learned that I need to appreciate my life now and how wonderful the natural world truly is. I was inspired to create photography that shows the beauty of the wilderness.

I was a medical fellow in Serbia for a month and got to shadow doctors in the Bel Medic Hospital in Belgrade, Serbia. Check out my photos and even vlog throughout the experience!

I got to travel to Iceland with my family for a short time and we got to experience the Blue Lagoon and Gullfoss or the Golden Waterfall, which I would say is one of the most beautiful waterfalls in Iceland. We explored Reykjavik and also visited Svörtuloft Lighthouseon Snaefellsnes Peninsula.

My experience in working at Recovia Rehabilitation Center in Phoenix, Arizona, gave me further appreciation for Neurobiology and the huge impact scientific study and advancements can have on patients’ lives.

I studied abroad as a foreign exchange student for a year after graduating from high school. My experience living in Belgium was unique in many minor and many major ways. But one thing that it taught me overall was that no matter where you live or who you are, human kindness is everywhere.
